TRAINING "Setting up a European collaborative project - Horizon Europe Pillar 2"

Mission Europe pour la Recherche (MER) offers you a training course to learn how to prepare a response to a call for proposals for a European collaborative project under Horizon Europe Pillar 2, as a coordinator.
This training course will enable you to:
- Understand the specificities of collaborative projects
- Learn how to design a solid project within the framework of Horizon Europe Pillar 2
- Learn how to structure a consortium bringing together varied expertise and functions
- Know the Form application, criteria and evaluation process
This training course is based on a participative approach while offering coordinators or aspiring coordinators
the opportunity to work on their project individually.
PROGRAM
- Understanding Horizon Europe: philosophy, strategic framework and expectations of calls for projects
- Structuring your project: defining scientific issues and aligning with EU priorities
- Building an effective consortium: organizing a network of partners and optimizing collaboration
- Analyzing the three sections of the Application Form: Excellence, Impact, Implementation
- Take on the role of coordinator: responsibilities and benefits
- Evaluate and improve: learn to self-assess and integrate feedback to optimize your project
Training will be given in French. However, some content will be provided and dealt with in English.
Public : Research staff (teacher-researcher, researcher, research engineer)
AMU, CNRS, Inserm and IRD, involved in submitting a European collaborative project as
coordinator or aspiring coordinator - Pillar 2 Horizon Europe.

This training course is part of the training programs currently being developed by the MER.
In the future, the following training courses are planned: module to raise awareness of
Europeanfundingfor research, management of selected projects (administrative implications and
financial), Laureate course (my role as coordinator or project manager),
integrating the European strategy within my research unit.
