The Mission Europe pour la Recherche (MER) offers a training course to help you understand the opportunities offered by Horizon Europe.
 

The aim is to enable you to gain a better understanding of European funding for research and innovation, to master its specific features and to be in a position to mobilize this knowledge in your professional environment.


At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the complex ecosystem of European research and funding
- Identify and exploit the opportunities offered by the Horizon Europe program
- Enhance the attractiveness and value of your research projects, your team and your research unit
 

 
PROGRAM

Decode the Horizon Europe program
-Understand its philosophy and overall strategy
-Explore its fundamentals: structure, framework and calls for projects


Measure the added value of a European project
-Identify the opportunities offered by Horizon Europe for your research and laboratory
-Measure the benefits of European funding


Find your way around the local ecosystem
-Identify the key players in the Aix-Marseille site involved in the submission of projects
-Know where to turn to structure and optimize your European project


Understand the life cycle of a European project
-Master the various stages of a European application and who to contact 

 

Public: Researchers, EC, projects managers, research support staff
from site units.

This course is part of the training programs currently being developed by MER. In the future, the following training courses are planned: setting up a collaborative European project (Pillar 2 - Horizon Europe), managing successful projects (administrative and financial implications), the Laureate path (my role as project coordinator or manager), integrating European strategy into my research unit.
