As part of the Europe 2025-2027 multi-annual action plan, we are launching a new initiative for members of the Mission Europe pour la Recherche:annual institutional membership of the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA ).
Objectives
- :Position the MER as a key player on the European stage
- Strengthen the capacity of MER staff to develop their skills: access to EARMA training courses, peer exchanges, etc.
- Identify key people in European units in other countries to facilitate networking and exchanges during the application

: MER staff, with the possibility of extending this to include people in charge of financial management in 'European Contracts' units and managers of European projects recruited on contracts obtained on the site.
Modalities:
- Identification of EARMA events and planning of participation by site playersParticipation
- in internal training courses offered by EARMA
- Participation in training courses and other events, notably for networking, lobbying and exchange of best practice
Timetable: membership and participation in first events and training courses from 2025 onwards
