As part of the multi-year Europe 2025-2027 action plan, we're launching a new initiative: continuing training for MER staff.
Objectives:
- Improve support practices for the site's units by increasing the skills of MER staffAnticipate
- changes in professions and tools, particularly in the context of FP10Ensure
- greater financial security for establishments
Target groups: MER staff, members of the EPM network
Methods:
- Training for the MER team (andnot individual training for agents paid for by employers) complementary to in-house training offered by our institutions (École des Talents d'AMU, École de management de la recherche du CNRS, France Université training courses, IPE network, EARMA, etc.).), notably aimed at acquiring specific skills: computer graphics, legal, anticipation for FP10, etc.
